1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 100% payment, as specified in the booking details.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards (with a fee), Venmo, and Zelle

1.3 Cancellation Policy:

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days or more before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after. No security deposit due at time of booking, but required before beginning of stay ($80.25 non-refundable option or $1000 fully refundable option).

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Early Check-ins do incur additional charges if approved.

2.2 Check-Out Time: Guests are required to check out by 10:00 am. Late check-outs incur additional charges if approved.

3. House Rules

3.1 Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6. Additional guests may result in eviction without refund.

3.2 Pets: Dogs allowed with pre-approval and payment of $150/pet. Max of 2. Must be house-trained, well-behaved (no scratching/biting of furniture).

3.3 No Smoking/Vaping on property - guest will be fined additional cleaning fee if smoking on property

3.4 Noise: Guests are expected to respect neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. (10:00 pm - 7:00 am). City of Sedona noise and light ordinance 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (no outside noise or lights during these times)

4. Property Care

4.1 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents. A security deposit is required.

4.2 Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as at check-in and follow the check-out instructions. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

4.3 Pool can be heated with pre-approval and a $150/day fee. The owner will set it to 84 degrees if the outside temperature averages above 60 degrees. (Being built, estimated completion by end of Jan 2026)

Our family is from Phoenix and had visited Sedona for a friend's getaway. We loved our visit, and that weekend, we attended an open house and purchased our first vacation home in Uptown that is called Silver Sage.

After a few months of owning Silver Sage, we found this beautiful home near the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It is completely different from Silver Sage, but it is also one of our favorite places to visit. We love going with friends and families and enjoying the beautiful red rocks, and just hanging out in our fun home.

We have put so much love into this home so that our guests can have the most memorable and fun stay. We love repeat guests and hope that each visit they can fall in love with beautiful Sedona and our home Chapel Palace.
